Every pupil must have a copy of this Hand Book and it should be brought to
school daily.
Pupils must reach school 10 minutes before the bell (9.00 a.m)
Late comers will not be allowed to attend prayer. No pupil will be allowed
into the school after9.15 a.mUnder no circumstance a pupil can leave the school campus during school
hours.
Parents should co-operate with the school authorities to enforce Discipline,
Punctuality and Regularity in the accomplishment of their children’s duty.
Pupils must come to school in full school uniform. Pupils in incomplete or
untidy uniform will not be allowed in the school.
Incident changes of school days or school hours will be notified.
Politeness, courtesy of speech and conduct, as well as cleanliness of dress
and person are expected from the pupil.
Parents are advised not to send their children to school with gold rings or
ornaments or any other costly items. The school not responsible for any loss.
Parents should check the Hand Book daily for any remarks by the teacher and
guide the children to do their home work.
A Progress Report will be issued after Mid Term Test. Parents are requested
to sign and return it within 2 days.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to see their children or the teachers
during the school hours, in exceptional cases, the Principal should only be contacted.
Pupils must not absent themselves from school without obtaining prior leave.
If absence is unavoidable (only on account of illness or so), an application must immediately be sent to
the Principal or to be brought latest on returning to school. Verbal messages will not be accepted.
Pupils absent from examination, without a valid reason will be considered as
having failed. Pupils absent from any examination will not be re-examined.
Promotion will be decided after considering the pupil’s progress throughout
the year. Hence regularity in attendance and studies is imperative.
Pupils are forbidden to disfigure or damage the school property. Severe
action will be taken against students for not adhering to this rule. Also the cost of repair or
replacement will be charged from their Parents.
During school hours, only English should be spoken so that the pupils may
acquire a through grasp of the language.
A record of the address of Parents or Guardians is maintained in the school
office. Any change of address must be communicated without delay.
Parents are requested to note that the rules are subjected to modify in the
interest of the pupil and the school. The interest of the pupil to the school implies that the Parents
agree to stand by the rules and regulations of the school.
Private tuition after school hours are actively discouraged. School teachers
are not permitted to give private coaching to the studies of the school. In exceptional cases, principal
may be conducted to arrange for special coaching.
All the children should be present on the last working day and on the
re-opening day after each, of the vocation. Students who are present on the re-opening day without fail.
Frequent absence or unsatisfactory conduct may make necessary for the school
authorities to demand the student’s withdrawal.
Students suffering from infectious diseases like chicken pox and mumps
should attend school only after the period of quarantine. A medical fitness certificateshould be produced.
The tuition fees is payable for terms each in June, August November and
February.
Fees amount if not paid before 10th of the prescribed month, a fine of Rs.10
will be collected till 30th.
